Over ten years ago, I experienced a traumatic event that felt like the peak of all the accumulated traumas I had faced up till that point. It was the one that I thought would defeat me, but it didn't.
I vividly recall the moment when I realized the impact of the trauma. At that moment, I decided it would not break me but make me stronger. I stood up with newfound determination and embarked on the journey of healing. I knew I needed help, and the universe had led me, as always, in the right direction. The journey has continued until recently, during which I have learned various coaching and healing methods while embracing creativity as a form of meditation to harmonize my mind, heart, and gut instincts.
